Mahealani Ventura is the appointed trustee of the Empire Trust of the North Pole, “Ka Hilina’i Akau.” On September 23, 2006, the Queen Mother’s family and other royal representatives held council on the equinox at the Temple of the Doorway of Light (Kukuipuka), on the island of Maui and appointed Mahealani as Mo’i (the Crown descendant of the Archipelagic nation of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina.) The royal families gave her two mandates to fulfill on behalf of the nation of ko Hawaii pae aina. Teach the people their self determinate rights, and secondly to achieve recognition for the never extinguished nation of ko Hawaii pae aina. With the assistance of Maoli and non Maoli alike, these sovereign mandates have been satisfied. In January of 2009, Mahealani on behalf of ko Hawaii pae aina, ratified the Apology Act (Public Law 103-150) from the United States, Declared a Peaceful Conciliation and Settlement of Disputes, acceded to treaties and acquired the territory and trust of the North Pole underwater continent and glacial estates now Royally Patented by ko Hawaii pae aina for all indigenous and first nations inheritors.

Mahealani has been at the forefront of native restoration and effective return of economics for the Maoli and non Maoli in ko Hawaii pae aina. As Trustee for the inheritors of the North Pole Trust, and as a global servant to those whose strife has lasted for generations under conditions served by colonization, Mahealani is the bridge between humanity and the global realization of planetary compassionate enlightenment. The benefit of Ka Hilina’i Akau, the North Pole Trust, is the holistic healing of self through unfettered improvement of natural resource economies archetype upon traditional connections to Mother Earth.

 

Mahealani Ventura, the only Patent Title Examiner in ko Hawaii pae aina that is independent and does complete patent titles exams to lineage beginnings. Her background is Hawaiian and has brought her to the forefront of many Hawaiian rights issues as well as Human rights for all. Along with seven other volunteers, she formed the Human Rights Task Force  on Maui and facilitated local administrative talks which led to fulfilling one of the first Apology Act of 1993 mandates, government to government dialogue to form a framework of recognition of human rights for Maoli.

As well as a kumu hula, she is host of a local television show called Truth and Justice aired on Channel 53, Akaku in Maui.
